WRF Original Mug – Medium

Description:
Minimalist ceramic mug with a warm, speckled grey glaze. These mugs are narrower at the top – maximizing heat retention for your warm beverage. The base has been left unglazed as a signature design feature of WRF. 

Variation:
Every WRF piece is handmade. There will be slight variations in form, size, color, and shape. These differences are treasured as a sign of the handcrafted nature of WRF.

History: 
Born in Nagoya, Japan, Nishigawara fuses the tradition of Japanese artisan ceramic production with his work as a contemporary artist and his formal education in North America to produce a line of functional casual ceramic ware with a clean and simple aesthetic. Every single object is hand crafted in his studio in Orange County, California. They are uniquely one of a kind.

3″ lip diameter, 3.5″ height, 4″ base diameter. Exact measurements will vary from piece to piece.

Care Instructions:
These ceramic pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, although handwash is encouraged for those looking for an extra long life for these pieces.

 

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund – minus a 20% restocking fee.  Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
