Sugahara Cake Covers

Description:
Protect your baked goods with Sugahara’s elegant glass cake cover. Pair with a tray or plate in our Hasami Porcelain line to create the perfect set.

Medium covers can be paired with HP025, HPWN025, HP004, HPB004 or HPM004. Large covers can be paired with HP026, HPWN026, HP005, HPB005 or HPM005.

History:
Based in Chiba, Japan, Sugahara Glassworks was established in 1932. Sugahara relies on the experience and knowledge of their glassblowers to create world-renowned products. The company’s practice of having their glassblowers also act as their collections’ lead designers is a rarity in industry.

Variation:
Each cake dome is mouth-blown and unique so there will always be slight variations in shape.

Care Instructions:
Hand-wash only. Place gently on a platter of your choice to avoid cracks and breakage.

 

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund – minus a 20% restocking fee.  Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
